The “No to RTO” initiative is a grassroots advocacy campaign opposing the state’s mandate for a 4-day in-office work week, as outlined in Executive Order N-22-25. We aim to inform the public on the economic and environmental impacts of rigid in-office policies, advocating for sustainable, flexible work models that prioritize employee wellbeing and community health alongside operational success and efficiency.
No to RTO is a movement: to fight for workers rights, for fiscally sound government spending, and to reduce traffic congestion and pollution.
