The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) 1000 represents 96,000 working people employed by the State of California, making Local 1000 the largest public sector union in California and one of the largest in the country. They say “No to RTO!” and are working to stop that mandate. They filed an Unfair Practice Charge with the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) to argue that Executive Order N-22-25 violated the Dill’s Act.
