1)
“More money for downtown Sacramento means, less money for businesses closer to where we live”
RTO (in theory) will help nurture downtown at the by pulling money from communities.2)

So clever!! (NOT) Bring your asthma inhalers, pepper spray, and Narcan. Oh and perhaps 1 or 2 turkey sandwiches will be sold! We will make darn sure of that. -

Someone on Reddit suggested to add a line that says something like,
“Remote work works. This billboard? Proof. Paid for and organized 100% remotely by your fellow state workers”Here’s other options:
“This billboard was purchased remotely by California state workers. No office required.”
“The purchase of this billboard was organized 100% remotely by CA state workers. Just imagine what else we can do.”
“Organized. Funded. Executed — all remotely. Just like our jobs.” state workers. No office required.”
